Approves the curriculum, runs student surveys and manages the internal QA system (Office of Testing and Quality Assurance).
Designs and reviews the programme using an outcome-based approach, collects course feedback and implements improvements, with the programme office.
Feedback from students, lecturers, alumni and employers supports programme review and improvement through the PDCA cycle.
End-of-course surveys each quarter, homeroom-lecturer meetings and student forums; yearly surveys of lecturers, alumni and employers.
The Faculty compares feedback with learning results, progression and labour-market needs, and benchmarks against the partner curriculum and international criteria.
Course, content and assessment changes follow University approval procedures. Updates in 2023–2025 replaced older courses and added Deep Learning and Large Language Model.
Changes are issued in the curriculum of each intake and published on the Faculty and programme-office pages.
The end-of-course survey is the students' official feedback channel; its results are used in course and programme review.
The programme was assessed under the AUN-QA criteria of the ASEAN University Network in 2021.
The programme is preparing for accreditation under the ASIIN criteria (the German accreditation agency for engineering, informatics, natural sciences and mathematics) together with four other programmes of the Faculty. Results will be published here when available.
