The rigorous training program in information technology is a collaborative effort between the University of Science (HCMUS) and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (UCBL 1), France. Enrolled students gain the unique status of being recognized by both institutions. Upon successful completion, they are awarded dual Master's degrees from the University of Science and UCBL 1. Additionally, students in this program may qualify for funding to undertake internships at UCBL 1 in France.

Language of instruction: English or French (classes can only be opened when there are a minimum of 10 students)

Admission form: admission interview. The program has paused enrollment since 2021.
