Program Information: From 2023, NUS will award Master's scholarships to students studying at NUS partner universities in Southeast Asia who have excellent academic performance and good leadership skills. Nominated students will participate in the Student Exchange Program (SEP) for one semester at NUS. Then, NUS will select outstanding students to award the Master's scholarship.

Exchange period: 1 semester, Semester 1 (August-December, 2023) or Semester 2 (January-May, 2024)
Quota: 10 students per academic year
Location: NUS, Singapore
Benefits: Students are exempt from exchange program tuition fees. After participating in the exchange program, NUS will select the top 5 out of 10 outstanding students for the Master's scholarship, which covers all tuition fees at NUS. Note:
Students can only receive other scholarships, grants, or awards if they inform NUS.
In the case of a student's withdrawal from the scholarship or program, NUS reserves the right to require the student to reimburse all amounts received.
Admission requirements:
Must be a second-year student or above;
Excellent academic performance and good leadership skills;
Good English proficiency;
Experience participating in extracurricular activities, community service;
Students commit to participating fully in the program.
Application documents:
An English CV;
A copy of passport information (no certification required);
A Vietnamese academic transcript and an English one certified by the educational institution;
Proof of English proficiency;
Proof of extracurricular activities, community service;
Certificate or award for academic achievements (if any).
Application process: Submit a paper application to the Office of International Relations located at Room F.105, 227 Nguyen Van Cu, Ward 4, District 5; and send a soft copy of the same application to the email address internationalrelations@hcmus.edu.vn by February 28, 2023.
Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of 200,000 VND.
