The NAFOSTED Conference on Information and Computer Science (NICS) is an international forum for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to present and discuss recent advances and future directions in addressing challenges in the field of information and computer science. NICS is held annually by the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) of Vietnam.
The 7th NICS Conference in 2020, co-sponsored by IEEE, NAFOSTED, and the VNUHCM - University of Science, will be held on November 26-27, 2020.
The conference will be divided into the following content and topics:
Computer Science
Computational Intelligence
Software Engineering and Information Systems
Networks and Communications
Multimedia Technology
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the NICS Conference has adapted to include both in-person and online paper presentations, with all accepted papers being published in the conference proceedings by IEEE. Exceptional papers will be invited to submit extended versions for consideration in the Intelligent Data Analysis journal, which is listed in ISI. Additionally, selected papers will be expanded for inclusion in a special issue of the Research and Development in Information and Communication Technology Journal, a journal that is recognized by the State Professorship Council.
