HCMUS-Illuminati Team at ICPC Asia held in Da Nang
The World Final round of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) 2021 is held in Moscow from October 1st to October 10th, 2021. There are 50,000 candidates from over 300 universities in 111 countries participating annually at ICPC, and only 2% of the most outstanding teams selected from Regional rounds gather at the World Finals.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, in addition to 118 teams competing directly at Moscow on 05/10/2021, 58 teams will compete online from 8 P.M on September 30th, 2021 to 1 A.M October 1st, 2021 (according to Vietnamese time). In 2021, there are 3 teams from Vietnam participating (online) in the World Finals, including:
Register Team (University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Ha Noi).
Bamboo Team (Ha Noi University of Science and Technology).
HCMUS-Illuminati Team (University of Science, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh) with 3 members: Pham Viet An (APCS 2016), Nguyen Diep Xuan Quang (APCS 2017 and Nguyen Quang Thuc (APCS 2017).
Especially, HCMUS-Illuminate Team including Nguyen Diep Xuan Quang (APCS 2017), Nguyen Quang Thuc (APCS 2017), and Le Quy Khoi (APCS 2020) will continue to participate in the World Finals ICPC in 2022, scheduled to be held in Dhaka.
