We are pleased to inform you of the following details regarding the graduation ceremony:
Date and Time: Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, starting at 8:00am.
Location: Lecture Hall 1.
To receive your graduation gown, please be present at the location next to Lecture Hall 1 (opposite the Informatics Center) at 5:00pm on November 2nd, 2018. The ceremony's regulations will be disseminated at 5:45pm on the same day at Lecture Hall 1. Kindly bring your citizen identification card or any document with a photo to receive the graduation gown.
Please be at Lecture Hall 1 at 7:45 am on November 3rd, 2018, to receive your diploma. It is important that you arrive on time so that we can verify attendance. The graduation gown should be returned at the same location you received it from by 11:30am.
