-       Use Scrum framework. Works against all factors in a project lifecycle from understanding/clarifying requirement, estimate, design, implement, unites, rework/troubleshoot issue.

Description

We are looking for an intern with software development experience to help us develop a virtual assistant capability that can answer questions about different types of functional in DXC Vietnam. You will be responsible for understanding and categorizing the kinds of questions that people ask, developing a capability to respond to those questions in context, and deploying to a variety of targets such as Slack, Skype, Email, Facebook Messenger, Twilio (SMS), …

Story: A company with 1000+ associates, there will be a lot of questions, concerns from employees reach directly to managers or functional heads. Employees need to trace the answer from data container/through from knowledge base manually but that will take time and sometime employee could not find what employee wants. To deal with this matter, we will build a chat bot (auto answer machine). We train for the Bot all data we have and integrate it to Skype or company portal where employee can ask anything at anywhere.
