To implement the Regulations on Rewarding and Disciplining Students according to Decision No. 2738/QĐ-KHTN dated 12/12/2023 by the Rector of the University of Science, collectives/individuals with outstanding achievements in Semester 1 2023-2024 who meet the following conditions and criteria should update at this link: bit.ly/3RYXQ4Q  

1. Rewarding conditions

• Registered for courses in the rewarding semester

• Had conduct rating of "Good" or higher in the previous semester

• No tuition debt

• No violations of the University's Regulations and Procedures; no disciplining in the rewarding semester

• No course grade below 5.0 in the rewarding semester

2. Criteria

2.1. For collectives/individuals with outstanding academic achievements, including:

• Won First Prize in Faculty/University level academic competitions

• Won First, Second, Third Prize or Consolation Prize in academic competitions at national, municipal, national, or international levels

2.2. For collectives/individuals with excellent achievements in scientific research, including:

• Published papers in academic journals (domestic or international)

• Received awards for scientific research at various levels (university, municipal, national, international)

• Other outstanding scientific research achievements

3. Achievement period for reward proposal: From September 2023 to January 2024

- The proposed list does not include students rewarded by the University in semester 1, 2023-2024.

** Notes:

- Each proposed achievement must have at least 1 attached evidence.

- Evidence file naming: [Student ID]: student ID (or ID of the lead student for collectives)

The deadline for updating achievements is December 29, 2023, to January 14, 2024. After this time, the Student Affairs Department will submit the proposal list to the University. Late updates cannot be processed.
