The Faculty of Information Technology, University of Science, VNU-HCM, in collaboration with Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IPP), will organize an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Workshop on November 2nd, 2025, at the University of Science's main campus. This event is part of a broader international cooperation effort to foster education and research in AI between two leading academic institutions.
During the workshop, students will have the opportunity to attend keynote talks and research presentations delivered by professors and experts from both the University of Science, VNU-HCM and Technology and Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
A highlight of the workshop will be a special session led by Professor Nguyen Van Tam, Head of the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IPP. Professor Tam will introduce the PhD Tracks Program, a postgraduate training initiative designed specifically for Vietnamese students.
Exclusive Scholarships for Vietnamese Students
Each year, IPP offers a number of postgraduate scholarships exclusively for Vietnamese students pursuing Master’s or Ph.D. degrees in France. Scholarship types include:
Full Package Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees and living expenses for the entire integrated Master’s to Ph.D. program.
Full Master’s Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees and living expenses for the Master’s level.
Tuition Reduction Scholarships: Partial tuition waivers for both Master’s and Ph.D. programs.
This is a high-quality training program aimed at nurturing Vietnamese talents with strong interests in research and specialization in AI and Data Science.
Research Presentations & Academic Networking
The workshop also offers students the chance to present their own research projects through a poster presentation session, receive academic feedback from professors, and engage in scholarly discussions. The Faculty of Information Technology is one of the country’s leading institutions in education and research in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and Information Technology.
