To create a healthy, beneficial environment for learning, exchange, and research aimed at enhancing professional skills for all students passionate about information technology, the Faculty of Information Technology, in collaboration with Bosch Global Software Technologies, is organizing the "New Technology Pioneer Solution Ideas" competition.
The Tech-Talk & Information Day event is designed to discuss AI and introduce the "New Technology Pioneer Solution Ideas" competition. Details are as follows:
Date and Time: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Friday, June 7, 2024
Location: Hall I, VNUHCM - University of Science (227 Nguyễn Văn Cừ, Ward 4, District 5)
Program Contents:
Speaker: Dr. Judith Borowski
Position: Senior Expert and Competency Development Manager for AI; Chapter Lead for Data Analytics at Bosch Global
Note: The seminar will be conducted in English.
- Introduction of the "New Technology Pioneer Solution Ideas" Competition
- Introduction of applications and tools for developing solutions and a tour of technology product booths

Number of Participants: 180 students

- Participating students will receive student activity grades.
- The list of official participants will be announced on the Faculty’s website, the Activity Channel fan page, and notification emails will be sent to registered addresses.
Additional Information about the Competition:
The "New Technology Pioneer Solution Ideas" competition is open to students at VNUHCM - University of Science. Contestants register and form teams of 3 to 6 members.
Teams will propose IT ideas and solutions related to the following topics:
- AI and GenAI applications in various fields (coding, programming, testing, requirement management, automation in the V-Model software development, etc.)
- Development of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) and AR/VR environments
- Edge AI applications
- Cloud and Cybersecurity
Total Prize Value: up to 100,000,000 VND
