The 19th ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum and the 9th ASEAN+3 Forum (AYCF), themed “Futuring Together towards Preserving Art and Culture,” is an annual event organized by the ASEAN University Network (AUN) in collaboration with member universities on a rotational hosting basis. The forum aims to enhance friendship and cooperation among universities through a deep understanding of the cultures of ASEAN member countries and three East Asian countries: China, Japan, and South Korea.
Through main activities such as presentations, seminars, cultural performances, and field visits, the forum gathers young artistic talents to showcase the diverse beauty of the arts and cultures of the participating countries while preserving the traditional values of the ASEAN+3 community. The students representing universities in Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City National University, have contributed to spreading cultural values of the country, its people, and the advanced educational development of Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City National University in particular.
Let's take a look at some images from this year's forum.
