You will play a critical role in developing a next-generation cybersecurity platform focused on vulnerability intelligence, threat detection, and security automation.

What You Will Be Doing

Common Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Design, develop, and maintain core features of the cybersecurity platform using Python (Backend) and TypeScript/ReactJS (Frontend)
• Build and optimize security checks, vulnerability detection logic, and monitoring capabilities
• Work with structured security data formats (JSON, YAML, STIX/TAXII, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with security researchers to convert threat intelligence and vulnerability analysis into actionable, high-quality detection rules
• Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code
•  Actively participate in code reviews, automated testing, and platform quality improvement

By Experience Level

Fresher / Junior Software Engineer (0–2 years) 

• Develop and maintain security detection logic using OVAL, custom Python scripts, and rule-based systems
• Build frontend components with TypeScript and ReactJS for security dashboards and visualization tools
• Conduct research on CVEs, misconfigurations, and emerging security threats
• Create and enrich machine-readable intelligence feeds
• Support large-scale data processing, validation, and quality assurance
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal/external blogs

Mid-level Software Engineer (2–5 years)

• Design and implement scalable Python backend services for security monitoring and intelligence
• Develop advanced ReactJS frontend features and integrate them with backend APIs
• Build automation pipelines for security content generation and real-time updates
•  Integrate multiple threat intelligence sources (MITRE ATT&CK, NVD, STIX/TAXII, etc.)
• Explore and apply AI/ML techniques to enhance vulnerability detection and automation
•  Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to technical architecture decisions

Senior Software Engineer (5+ years)

• Lead the architecture and development of core cybersecurity modules (Python backend + TypeScript/ReactJS frontend)
• Define technical strategy for large-scale threat detection and security intelligence platforms
•  Own end-to-end delivery of complex features, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies in cybersecurity and offensive security
• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to shape the product roadmap
• Champion code quality, security best practices, and engineering excellence across the team
• Mentor engineers and help foster a strong, high-performing engineering culture

What You Should Bring

Must-Have (All Levels)

• Strong programming fundamentals with excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Python (Backend) — primary language
• Solid experience with TypeScript and ReactJS (Frontend)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and secure development practices
•  Strong learning agility, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

Level-Specific Requirements

• Fresher: Strong academic background in Computer Science or related fields. Demonstrated projects, internships, CTFs, or personal work in Python, TypeScript/ReactJS, web development, or security.

• Junior: 1–2 years of hands-on development experience. Good exposure to REST APIs, GraphQL, Python backend, and ReactJS frontend development.
• Mid-level: 2–5 years of experience building full-stack systems with Python and TypeScript/ReactJS. Hands-on experience with databases, distributed systems, and cloud technologies is highly preferred.
• Senior: 5+ years of strong software engineering experience. Proven track record in building scalable full-stack systems (Python + ReactJS), cloud-native applications, or security products. Strong system design and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OVAL, vulnerability assessment frameworks, or security content development

• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners or reconnaissance tools
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII, CWE, CVE, or NVD
• Experience applying AI/ML to security problems (anomaly detection, NLP on threat intel, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or modern DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source security projects or technical writing
