II. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are currently hiring a Data Manager/Head of Data with the following responsibilities: ● Actively seek understanding of the OKXE platforms’ needs in terms of data and analytics, and translate those needs into a concrete plan for the data department in terms of technical and human resources.
● Guidance for data consultancy to the Board of Directors (BoD) as well as to all internal operational teams.
● Design, develop, and optimize data infrastructure to enable the processes of data analysis and reporting.
● Assess and make recommendations concerning technologies used by the data team. ● Ensure a high level of data quality and data analysis by identifying data quality-related issues and supervising the process of optimizing data pipelines.
● Recruit, guide and train data team members to ensure the team can fulfill the demand from data.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS (Management Information System), software engineering, business, finance, statistics, mathematics or related fields.
● Thorough understanding of modern database design and systems, database technology. ● In-depth understanding of data pipelines within organizations, from data collection to analysis to distribution, and their use in management decision-making. Hands-on experience with various types of data, including operations data and user behavior log data.
● Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
● Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms. ● Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and time management skills.

● At least 3 years of experience in the Data & Analytics field, with at least 1 year leading the Data team.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
● Experience in e-commerce or digital projects is a plus.
● Fluent English communication skills are required.
