We are looking for interns and freshers to join in the following project with our Software Development Team and System/ Network Team

* INTERN/ FRESHER DEVELOPER *
Your responsibilities will be:

• Build UI Toolkit template application for BYCN IT integrating the Figma design provided by UX France team.
• Develop a Front-end template which will help to initialize and provide all common UI components that other application an reuse and integrate easily.
• Build a HR chatbot to automate answer employee questions related to timesheet, annually policy and apply suitable UI components

• Standard development skills in Java or other web programming language.
• Having basic front end programing skill with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Having knowledge on Angular is a big plus.
• Good mindset, positive thinking, team work.

* INTERN/ FRESHER IT SUPERVISION LEVEL 1 *

Your responsibilities will be:

• Perform applications daily check before business hours of headquarter
• Escalate issues to appropriate level 2
• Generate and provide regular SCOM reporting
• Perform regular backup incidents following procedures
• Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed
• End-users support
• Network checks (POM)
• Weekly report to manager

Our requirements:

• Background in IT
• Experience with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager is appreciable
• Experience in Server Administrator on Windows Server is appreciable
• Experience with ITSM ticketing system
• Available to work at night shift
