Summary: BioTuring is a bioinformatics company, with offices in California, and Ho Chi Minh city. We build new algorithms and software for analyzing human DNA, to better understand and treat human diseases, including cancer. Our customers include some of the most well-known and impactful research centers in the world.
We have the following positions (in Ho Chi Minh City) opened for summer interns and full-time starting in summer 2019.

Available positions
1. Algorithmic developer (2 positions)
○ Requirement: a solid understanding of algorithms and data structure, proficient in at least a programming language.
○ Job Description: This position will invent new algorithms to solve challenging bioinformatics problems.
2. Data science (2 positions)
○ Requirements: a solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistical machine learning and conveniently use R or python.
○ Job Description: This position will work with millions of biomedical data points partially generated from Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (https://chanzuckerberg.com/), and applies her/his data science and machine learning to solve important biomedical challenges. 3. Web developer (3 positions)
○ Requirements: html5, javascript, node.js, css, databases.
○ Job Description: This position will work with a designer to create, maintain, and polish BioTuring website, blogs, and front/back end systems.
4. Data visualization engineer (2 positions)
○ Requirements: html5, css, javascript, node.js, good sense in geometry and art.
○ Job Description: Build data visualization tools to efficiently visualize millions of cells in human data.
5. Software engineer (3 positions)
○ Requirement: Proficient in Nodejs, C++, OOP, Electron
○ Job Description: This position will develop Electron-based applications using Node.js, C++. Also, be responsible for devising an optimal software architecture.
6. Software Integration Test (2 positions)
○ Requirement: Solid background in Node.js, software building, automation test, bash scripts, continuous integration, proficient with Linux
○ Job Description: This position will build automation tests, and maintain continuous releases for BioTuring’s software packages
