Job Description- Perform applications daily check before business hours of headquarter
- Escalate issues to appropriate level 2
- Generate and provide regular SCOM reporting
- Perform regular backup incidents following procedures
- Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed
- Weekly report to manager
- End-users support
- Network checks (POM)
What we find?- Backrground in IT
- Experience with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager is appreciable
- Experience in Server Administrator on Windows Server is appreciable
- Experience with ITSM ticketing system
- Available to work at night shift
Language Skills- Fluent in English
- French is a big plus
