Description
For our Software Development Teams, we are looking for a
Front-End Software Developer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conception and creation of modern applications (mostly web) in an agile team
- Implementation of unit tests and E2E tests
REQUIREMENTS
To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through analytical thinking and a structured and results- oriented working method. Moreover, you should bring with you:
- 1++ Experience in application development, including analyzing requirements, writing code, implementing tests, and developing the working practices of the team
- Technical desirable:
o Strong foundation of HTML, CSS, ECMAScript, Typescript
o Equivalent 1+ years’ experience with Angular, Selenium, Jasmine, Bootstrap, etc.
o Debugging skills using Chrome Dev Tools
o Experience working with GIT
o Understanding of HTTP, REST
o Understanding of the CI/CD concept
o Experience working with TFS/Azure Devops or JIRA
o DevOps familiarity is a big plus (especially with Azure services)
o Familiarity in one back-end language/framework is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.

Requirement specialist and/or Product Owner
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirement elicitation, working closely with SHs (requester, domain experts, …):
o Understanding of the problem, users, pain points, etc.
o Collaborating and aligning with SHs on product goal, success metric
o Working with UI/UX team on wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
o Working with software architect on technical solution design
o Creating and maintaining product requirement document as well as high-level product backlog
o Product roadmap and release planning
- Building the product, working closely and iteratively with the team to:
o Product backlog prioritization and refinement
o Development check-in to make sure everything is on track
o Incorporation of SHs’ feedbacks into the product backlog
o Product research about existing technologies / products
o Documentation
- Releasing the product
o Working with cross-functional parties (team lead, requesters, legal, marketing, IT …) to make sure the product meets expectations from all respectively aspects
o Working with the requesters, resource manager on the product operation planning (cost, resource, time…)
o Planning for next releases
REQUIREMENTS
To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through analytical thinking and a structured and results- oriented working method. Moreover, you should bring with you:
- At least 2-year experience in Software Industry with basic knowledge in cloud-based application development
- At least 1-year experience in agile software product management/ requirement
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal, equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
- Familirarity with design thinking framework
- Experience in business process modeling languages and tools
- Experience in user experience design tool (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar).
- Being curious (understand how things work), true interest in tech, be gregarious, strong senses of good design, passion for building
- Ability to understanding problems described by SHs and communicate those to the team with a high level of complex reduction
- Preferable:
o Hand-on experience in UI/UX design is a big plus
o Cloud-based technology understanding / familirarity is a big plus
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.

Back-End Software Developer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
