Masan Young Entrepreneur – Technology 2026 (MYE-Tech 2026) is Masan Group’s early talent program designed to attract and develop promising young tech talents. Participants will gain hands-on experience through real technology projects while contributing to Masan’s digital transformation and building the next generation of technology key roles.
BENEFITS:

Selection Process:
- Application: March 16 – April 3
- Initial Interview: March 23 – April 14
- Masan Tech-Talk Day (Expected April 17)
- Onboarding Day: End of April or W1 May 2026.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with less than 1 year of experience from Information Technology Universities.
- Candidates studying or experienced in areas such as Data, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Development, Cybersecurity, or other related technology fields.
- Available to work full-time in Ho Chi Minh City starting from end of April 2026.
- Academic awards, scholarships, or achievements in IT competitions will be considered an advantage.
