Tóm tắt chủ đề: This course provides a comprehensive overview of theories and methods in multiagent learning.
Part 1 covers the foundations, introducing non-cooperative and cooperative game theory as well as online learning theory, which form the theoretical basis for analyzing multiagent systems.
Part 2 explores core learning mechanisms, including convergence and cooperation in multiagent settings, and the principles of multiagent reinforcement learning.
Part 3 addresses current opportunities and challenges in the era of large language model (LLM) agents, with a focus on learning dynamics in cooperative games.
By the end of the course, students will gain a good understanding of how agents interact, learn, and adapt in multiagent environments, preparing them to analyze and design intelligent systems in both research and real-world applications.
