In order to encourage and recognize students with excellent academic and scientific research achievements, the Faculty of Information Technology requests all students to update their achievements for the Student Affairs Department to review and propose commendations for students in Semester 2/2022 - 2023, based on the following conditions:
1. Conditions for commendation consideration:
- Their activity points must be higher or equal to 65 in Semester 1/2022-2023.
- No disciplinary actions were taken.
2. Eligible candidates for commendation consideration:
- Students with outstanding performance in academic activities:
-First prize in academic competitions at the faculty/university level.
- First, second, and third prizes, and honorable mentions in academic competitions at the VNU, city, national, and international levels.
- Students with excellent achievements in scientific research:
- Published articles in scientific journals.
- Research awards at the VNU, city, national, and international levels.
- Other notable achievements in scientific research.
Students can update their achievements here. Update period: from June 14, 2023, to 9:00 AM on June 25, 2023.
After this period, the Student Affairs Department will not address any complaints due to failure to update achievements.
Note:
- For scientific articles, please provide supporting evidence: the article in PDF format. If the article has not been published, submit an accepted email screenshot.
- Students who have achieved accomplishments in any section, please fill in the corresponding section with your information.
- If the achievements are TEAM-BASED (as part of a group/team), please enter the FULL STUDENT ID AND NAMES of ALL MEMBERS in the team/group who achieved the award.
