To support 3rd and 4th-year students in the APCS, High-Quality program, the Vietnamese-French program, in finding internship placements and successfully completing the Internship module, which takes place from June 2023 to August 2023, the Division of Partner Relation - Faculty of Information Technology hereby announces the procedure for inviting industrial partners to propose internship topics as follows:
- If an enterprise has had a previous collaboration with the Faculty, then the enterprise has received a notification from the Faculty (via email) about the internship program.
- In the case where students independently contact enterprises to seek internship topics and the enterprises are not yet part of the Faculty's collaboration network but desire to cooperate with the Faculty in receiving and guiding interns, please refer to the information in the attached document titled Letter to Industrial Partners to provide necessary information for the industrial partners to establish a connection with the Faculty.
The industrial partner representative should send an email to the Division of Partner Relation of the Faculty of Information Technology (partners@fit.hcmus.edu.vn) before May 30, 2023, to receive support in creating an account and registering internship topics on the Faculty's system.
Additionally, the following attachments are included:
- Notification letter about the internship program from the Faculty.
- Template file for the internship program (provided by the enterprise to guide student internships).
- Template file for evaluating student interns, to be completed by the enterprise upon the conclusion of the internship period.
Note:
- The Faculty only accepts the internship process of students when the internship topics are registered by the industrial partners on the system and approved according to the specified procedure.
- Students may send the link to this announcement to the industrial partners they are contacting for internship positions.
