“Thắp sáng niềm tin” Fund was created on 21/05/2007. In January 2011, the Fund was granted an official license by the Ministry of Home Affairs to establish and recognize the Charter of Socialization Fund.
Every year, the Fund awards full scholarships for excellent students who pass the university entrance exam but whose family circumstances are extremely hard and who are not able to afford to study, to help them overcome difficulties and realize their worthy dreams of study and dedication. The scholarship recipients will participate in cultural and spiritual activities; be trained in necessary skills in work and life; career-oriented.
After 12 years of operation, the Thắp sáng niềm tin Scholarship Fund has awarded scholarships to over 1000 students from all over the country. Among them, more than 600 students have graduated from university, have permanent jobs, and initially succeeded in their careers.
The Fund's Board of Directors is pleased to announce the 2019 scholarship program as follows:
Number of scholarships: 80.
Scholarship value: including Tuition and subsistence costs (Maximum tuition: 11,000,000 VNĐ/year/student; subsistence costs: 2,000,000 VNĐ/year/student). Scholarships are awarded to students during their university studies with the condition that their academic and academic results are good.
Conditions and criteria:
Students who apply for Thắp Sáng Niềm Tin Scholarship have to satisfy the following conditions:
Students who are matriculated into public universities, with a score of 20 points or more for 3 exams (no priority points, minimum score for each subject >= 5 points). Universities subsidize tuition and living expenses for students who are not eligible for the Fund's grant.
Family situation: students’ families must have special circumstances, which are not able to pay for studies at universities. (Fund organizers will go to the house to verify the situation).
Academic qualifications: at least 3 consecutive years of achieving Good academic results at high school (priority is given to students who have 3 consecutive years of Excellent academic results; achieved excellent prizes for gifted students at provincial, city, and national levels).
Students must not have received regular scholarships from other organizations and individuals.
Scholarships will be awarded each semester. Students who have been granted scholarships must strive to achieve good academic and training results to continue to receive scholarships for the next semester.

Notarized copy of Family Record Book.
Notarized copy of Poor Family Record Book (or Poor Household Certificate).
Images of the house: Minimum 3 images (1 for the entire house, 1 for the living room, 1 for the kitchen).
Introduction letter from university or lecturers (optional).
Time for registration: from now until October 2019.
