COBOL Developer DECP
DXC Early Career Program

DXC Vietnam is launching a new training program for early career COBOL Developer INSRUANCE Projects with 20-30 positions named COBOL Developer DXC Early Career Program (DECP). You will be trained COBOL programming skills related technologies and the domain knowledge by our experts. After finishing the training, you can be able to become regular employees and develop your career in Cloud industry at DXC.  

Program Content:

·      COBOL related technologies domain knowledge

·      Allowance: 5,000,000 VND per month

·      Salary offer when being converted into employee: from 440 to 460 USD gross

Location & Program Schedule:

·      Start date of Recruitment: from now on to Sep 2022 (passed interview and go to work next week immediately)

·      Program length of training: 01-03 months

·      Training hour: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

·      Venue: Remote training on MS Teams or work at DXC’s office

·      Quantity: 20 persons

Who Should Apply:

·      New graduated students from Colleges/Universities specialized in Information Technology

·      English Level: from Intermediate and above with good communication

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

·      Strong technical ability, experience in programming JAVA/.NET/ C++/ PYTHON

·      Full-time participation is required

Selection Process:

·       Round 1: CV’s screening & English Test

·       Round 2: Technical test & interview

Conditions to join:

·      Full-time working 40h/week from 9.00am to 6.00pm every day, except Saturday & Sunday

·      Must complete all courses at university or just remain 1-2 course can learn at weekend

·      Commit to work for DXC 2 years after passing DECP training.

·      Commit do not drop the DECP program
