Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing software development projects and working with third-party partners.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer/banking payments space.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic, and influence stakeholders, partners, and international teams.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, overcome issues, and scale effectively across a distributed organization.
- Ability to clearly articulate business needs or opportunities and recognize clear solutions.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills to structure partnerships models and manage business issues.
