JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Internal Technical Managing & Supporting (70%):
- Network: Manage, Configure & Maintain network system (VLAN, Fortiget (Firewall), Peplink (Load balancing))
- Manage and configure physical servers/internal servers (AD services, DNS, DHCP, etc.,)
- Manage company internal systems: VMs, 3CX, Camera, Access control, barrie, alarm, Printer, scan, photocopy machine,
- Inventory allocation (laptops, other company assets)
- Manage other systems: SCM, POS, Phone, Camera, Access control, Security, etc.,
- Support Internal Users/External users (install software, fix system error, user error, bugs, etc.,)
2. System Administration (30%)
- Stabilize and improve the existing system.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, middleware using management tools & automated infrastructure daily basis to minimize downtime on customer activities.
- Monitor and test application performance to identify potential bottlenecks, design solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for system/security alerts.
- Maintaining documents, procedures and technical guides.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum requirement: MCSA knowledge, CCNA, MCSE or VMware is preferable
- 1+ year as a system administrator with experience in installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, operation & maintenance.
- Have knowledge of cloud technologies of Azure (or) AWS, Windows administration, MS SQL.
- Able to use English as working communication language
BENEFIT
- Salary Rank: From US 340 (GROSS) is the minimum
- 13th Salary
- 16 paid working days* per calendar year for Vietnam local based staff.

- Since the company doesn’t hold an annual health check day, each employee will receive an allowance of 5 USD/month directly to your monthly salary for this purpose. And you need to provide your annual health check-up report when HR request, usually in November each year
- TRG also buy additional healthcare service from Generali as a health benefit for employees. This type of insurance covers health treatment to hospitalization, childbirth, and dental care. The general admin executive will be in charge of preparing this for you. This insurance is count from you pass probation.
