Job Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical QC Intern to join our team. You'll ensure our products meet top standards in performance, reliability, and compliance. In addition, you'll work closely with developers, PMs, and designers to uphold and improve software quality through solid quality assurance methodologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a QC Intern, you’ll support quality assurance activities across teams, gain hands-on experience with testing workflows, and help maintain high product standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support Quality Procedures: Assist in applying quality control processes to align with internal standards and industry best practices.
Conduct Software Testing: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to detect bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement areas.
Analyze Quality Metrics: Support data analysis to evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with Development Teams: Help define quality requirements, share feedback, and troubleshoot software issues.
Ensure Product Reliability: Contribute to repeated test executions to verify system stability and functionality.
Report and Document Findings: Log test results and quality issues clearly to support continuous improvements.
Optimize QA Workflows: Assist in refining processes to enhance efficiency, traceability, and compliance.
Your skills and experience
Must have:
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related fields
Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software testing concepts
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges
Curiosity about systems, data, and quality control tools
Nice to have:
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MongoDB) or interest in learning about data integrity and validation
Familiarity with manual or automated testing tools is a plus
Testing-related certifications are a plus.
