Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering in IT
Main tasks:
- Training for 02 months
- Working as Dynamics AX Technical consultant / Customer support in 3rd month
- To work with customer support team & projects team effectively
- Report directly to Customer Service Manager / Operation Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent academic report
- Good programming language skills
- Good English command
Soft Skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to think abstractly
- Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
