Chương trình thực tập dự án phát triển WPF và Web App

It is to build a prototype to highlight the pros and cons between WPF and Web App. This is to help us to make decision whether we should go with WPF or Web App for rewriting the front end of Titan. Our current software is a Windows form application. Also we more likely offer the students who participate in this project a position in our company when they graduate from the University if they would like to join us

• Communicate with clients and the Implementation Team to understand the go-live requirement to configure the system correctly 
• Communicate with manufacturers and third parties to obtain data for setting up interfaces
• Configure system before go-live
• Use Project Management Software to follow up and make sure that all steps in the pre-implementation project are completed before go-live
• Execute provided SQL tasks to set up system
• Execute provided post-data conversion scripts and verify the data to make sure that the data conversion is completed correctly
• Report/Escalate issues to the team leader and project manager 
• Escalate data conversion issues for the development team
• Escalate and reproduction of software issues for the development team

• Maintain a highly complicated dealer management system
• Work as part of a larger team to provide ongoing production support to our customers and internal staff. This involves investigate production issues, locating root cause, and applying the appropriate fixes or change requests and documentation
• Develop new functionality as required by dealerships
• Develop interfaces (APIs) with third parties and manufacturers 
• Develop mobile applications (Hybrid, Samarin)
• Part of the re-development of Window based application to web-application
• Perform Unit Testing and work with QA team to test changes before deployment to dealerships

• Be able to analyse, design, code, test, document and implement new applications or enhancements to existing systems
• Assess the impact of change requests, and develop solutions and mitigation strategies
• Apply project design, system developments and maintenance methodologies
• Interpret business requirements and provide systems/technical documentation
• Work as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and assist others in meeting team priorities
• Work as part of a larger team to provide ongoing production support to our customers and internal staff. 

• Receive requests for a variety of queries to be created and used once/at regular timings by the end user.
• Validate and test results after each query is created.
• Create a standard set of CRM templates for each installation.
• Write and execute SQL statements for CRM campaigns 
• Interact and work comfortably with the Aftersales Team in Australia
• Report results periodically to managers across the company
• Work closely with the Aftersales Manager in Australia
