3D TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Report to: CTO/Head of Studio

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner with 3D Technical Supervisor to investigate projects’ requirements and build the tech check list for projects.

• Partner with 3D Technical Supervisor to build tools supporting for production.

• Support artists with working tools, software and technical requirements.

• Partner with others supervisors (Art Director, Art Lead, Tech Check) to figure out issues during production, and find out the solutions.

• Assure all 3D assets reaching tech requirements before delivering to clients.

REQUIREMENT

1. Knowledge

• Ability to program in: MaxScript/Python on 3DS Max; MEL/Python on Maya (or other programming languages).

• Basic knowledge or 1-year experience in any 3D software (3DS Max and/or Maya) is a plus

• Understanding of Modeling, Unwrapping, and Texturing.

• Rigging or Animating is a plus

• Knowledge about one of these software is a plus: Vray, Substances, Quixel Suite, Unity, UnrealEngine, ZBrush, Mudbox.

2. Other skills

• Good programming skills. Ability to program with Python will be an advantage.

JUNIOR ANDROID DEVELOPER

          Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

• Collaborate with cross­-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Work with outside data sources and API’s.

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

          Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• 1 year or relevant working experience.

• Programming languages: Java, C/C++.

• Application development: application life­cycle, basic UI elements & layout, basic animation technique.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

• Concurrency: Thread, Handler, AsyncTask and scheduling technique.

• Database: SQLite, …

• Network: JSON, REST API.

• Third­party libraries and APIs.

         Other Skills:

• Ability to read/skim English technical document is a must

• Good team work and high responsibility.

• Ability to work independently

• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Positive and ‘can-do’ attitude

• Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking to meet deadline
