2. Description

- Manage the project development from initiation to closure.

- Work with project manager to complete project charter outlining goals, scopes, deliverables,

required resources, budget and timing.

- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.

- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.

- Clearly communicate expectations to team members.

- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.

- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and

approved with project change request forms.

- Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to manager.

- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.

3. Requirements

- Must be hard working (40-60hrs/week)

- Must be super-fast learner

- Good working knowledge and experience in web development.

- Details oriented

- Knowledge of Websites development process, platform and frameworks.

- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

- Good communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytic skills.

- English : GOOD reading, writing.
